Pumpkin Patch + Apple Orchards Part 1

So, we have these friends, Hunter and Dana. They are awesome. (Shout out :))

They have two kids, Asa and June. They are awesome.

We love this family to pieces.

Every year for the past three years, in the month of October, we have tried to coordinate a day to visit a pumpkin patch/apple orchard.

The first year, it was Dana, a very, VERY pregnant me, Asa, and 3 1/2 month old June.
We had a good time, but trying to push a wheelbarrow full of pumpkins, keeping up with two small children, and one of us being great with child...well...it wasn't easy...even for two adults.

The second year, we had planned a day, but I ended up having to work and couldn't find anyone to cover my shift, so it ended up not happening at all.

Fast forward to 2013, we planned a day and were all determined to make it work, and with a few minor adjustments, it did! :) We visited Burt's Farms (the best pumpkin patch I've found) and B.J. Reece Orchards.
